Our Philosophy
At the heart of Sun Rise Sangha is our 21-day sadhana — one practice, repeated daily, guided by a theme or intention each month. This practice helps you go deeper, break old patterns, and create new ones. Alongside this anchor, our space holds a living library of practices — from Kundalini, Vinyasa, and Yin to sound, chanting, and breathwork, plus monthly live community classes and full moon / new moon practices. It's our wish for Sun Rise Sangha to facilitate a space where you can meet yourself in whatever way you need, each day. In ceremony with life.

How do I access the practices?
Once you sign into your account, navigate to the Practice section in the top menu to access all of our videos.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, you are free to cancel your membership at any time, which is the flexibility we provide. We encourage everyone to join mindfully and to commit to the experience once they step inside.
